ISO 9001 QA is an International Standard for quality assurance and is currently one of the main systems required for tendering national, state and local government projects. This system has a two stage process. The first stage is to have the system implemented, documented and operating within your company. The second stage if required involves having it audited by "third party auditors" to ensure it meets the necessary requirements.

Why become certified with ISO 9001/2008 QA?

A certified system ensures your company is reaching the highest of quality assurance standards. This is often a requirement of other QA certified construction companies, city councils and government departments. The Australian Government has introduced a Building and Construction Accreditation Scheme ensuring that all of its principal contactors are certified in government funded projects.
